Queretaro is approximately 3 hours away from Mexico City by car. Besides renting a car, buses are the most common way of traveling in Mexico. They can be more comfortable than airplanes (maybe even than European trains!). Chances are you’ll arrive to Mexico landing first on Mexico City, but there is also an international airport in Queretaro.

We recommend a hotel that’s just a 15-minute walk from the city center, a 10-minute drive from the ceremony church, and conveniently located inside a mall. This means you won’t necessarily need a car to get around, you’ll be on time for the weeding (very important!), and you’ll have quick access to restaurants and shops.
